The Department of Health – Abu Dhabi to Showcase an Intelligence Revolution for Healthcare at GITEX Global 2024

The Department of Health - Abu Dhabi (DoH), the regulator of the healthcare sector in the Emirate, will participate in GITEX Global 2024, taking place from the 14th to the 18th of October at the Dubai World Trade Centre. DoH will present its advanced digital health solutions that are set to provide a personalised healthcare experience to the community, demonstrating Abu Dhabi’s position as a globally leading intelligent health system that is at the forefront of healthcare innovation.

This year, DoH will unveil a series of groundbreaking projects that embody its mission to lead the knowledge, technology, and data revolution in healthcare and futureproof the healthcare ecosystem in the Emirate. Visitors will have the opportunity to learn more about the Department’s latest AI-powered breakthrough health technologies and innovative programmes aimed at enhancing the patient experience in the Emirate.

On the sidelines of GITEX, DoH will also participate in Expand North Star, taking place from 13th to 16th October at Dubai Harbour. During the event, DoH speakers will take the stage to present the Department’s latest partnerships with leading health-tech accelerators and start-ups. DoH’s presence at the annual technology start-up event will provide a platform to exchange regulatory insights and funding expertise, further solidifying its role as an incubator for healthcare innovation.
