HAAD Inaugurates New Office in the Western Region

H.E. Professor Dr. Maha Taysir Barakat, Director General of HAAD said: “The office relocation to the commercial district aims to improve services provided to the community and enhance the accessibility to our services.”

According to HAAD data, the western region office dealt with 1812 customer transactions since January 2016. Services provided by the office includes issuance of birth certificates, and medical committee services (Health fitness assessments, Aounak card requests and sick leave attestation and more).

Future service improvement plans include accepting international patient treatment requests, health facilities licensing and health professional licensing. Office working hours are from 7.30 – 14.30 Sunday to Thursday.
