Title Qualifications Experience
Clinical Pharmacist PharmD or Doctor of Pharmacy (Minimum six (6) years course duration)

BSc in Pharmacy
And
Two (2) years post graduate qualification leading to a PharmD or Doctor of Pharmacy or Masters in clinical pharmacy
Minimum of two (2) years’ experience post qualification in related field in hospital setting
Pharmacist BSc in Pharmacy

Doctor of Pharmacy
Minimum of two (2) years’ experience post qualification in related field
Pharmacy Technician Diploma in Pharmacy program (Minimum two (2) years course duration) Minimum of two (2) years’ experience post qualification in related field

Note:

  • The experience requirement for Clinical Pharmacist may be fulfilled by the successful completion of a recognized Residency program in Clinical Pharmacy of minimum two (2) years duration.
  • Pharmacy and Pharmacy Technician experience with pharmaceutical companies or sales representative is not accepted.
