Request to withdraw a medical error complaint

Description

Through this service, you can withdraw investigation request on medical error complaint submitted against any licensed healthcare provider in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.

Process

01. Submit complaint withdrawal request through DOH electronic complaint management system

DoH Portal

02. Receive email notification of successful submission

You will not be able to withdraw your complaint if the case has already been referred to the concerned Committee.
