Most complaints get resolved from 30-60 working days except for suspicion of fraud and abuse cases
which require 36-48 months

  • Review of complaints and appeals submitted against a violation decision by health insurance companies, healthcare service providers, brokers and health insurance third party administrator by a team AED 1000
