Day 2

- Determine and practice (through simulation) ways to prepare for, accept and manage change
- Introduce and discuss Conceptual and Technical Skills to contemporary leadership
- Stimulate and clarify linkages and inter relationships be tween Healthcare Leadership and patient centered approach
