The ADEMSIS System

The Abu Dhabi Emergency Medical Services Information System (ADEMSIS) is the Department of Health Abu Dhabi’s standardized data framework for emergency medical services reporting across the Emirate.

ADEMSIS defines the core data elements that licensed ambulance service providers are required or recommended to collect and submit, including agency, dispatch, response, patient care, clinical, transport, and outcome information, etc.

By standardizing EMS data collection, ADEMSIS supports consistent reporting, service monitoring, performance measurement, clinical quality improvement, and system-wide planning for prehospital care.

This framework is intended for all licensed ambulance service providers, operational and clinical leads, and ambulance service provider data and reporting teams across the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.

All relevant ambulance service providers and stakeholders are required to download, review, and align their data collection and reporting systems with ADEMSIS to ensure compliance with Department of Health Abu Dhabi requirements.
